Layne Lauritzen has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1980.
He started his own firm in Austin, Texas in 1985 and began to develop
a concentration in the music industry. Currently, over half of his client
base consists of music and other entertainment-related clients. He is
locally and regionally recognized as having a "niche" in this
area and has developed an expertise in many aspects of the business
issues facing music professionals. He has served on many music industry
seminar panels in the Austin area through such organizations as South
by Southwest (SXSW),Artist
Legal & Accounting Assistance of Austin (ALAA) and the Austin
Music Foundation.

Lucy Pete - Business Manager
Lucy Pete has been in the business administration field in various industries since 1975. She has been with the firm since 2001 and has found her niche in band business management. Lucy has worked with artists such as Kevin Fowler, Pat Green, Jack Ingram, and Vallejo. She loves the Texas music scene.
Evan Blanc - Business Manager
Evan Blanc graduated from The University of Texas with a degree in Corporate Communication and a minor in business. After graduating, he and his wife, Erin, spent two years in Houston before getting back to Austin as fast as possible. Prior to joining the firm in August 2007, Evan worked as a booking agent for four years with Sight and Sound Entertainment. He loves going to eat Mexican food, exploring Austin, and listening to music.
Marshall Thompson - Business Manager
Marshall is a 2009 graduate from the University of Texas with a degree in history. Originally from Hillsboro, Marshall now calls Austin home and does not plan on leaving for a long time. While in college, Marshall worked as a part-time real estate agent as well as a courier for a local bank. He is an avid Longhorn sports fan, loves being in the great outdoors and can not get enough of the Austin music scene.
Gwen Stirling - Office Manager
Gwen Stirling graduated from the University of Colorado with a degree in Communications, emphasis in Radio and Television production. She moved with her family to Dallas where she worked for two accounting firms and recently moved and built a home in Spicewood. She enjoys scuba diving, sculpting, trying to find the best mexican food in Austin and discovery Austin music.
